Golden Eye License Agreement and Disclaimer

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CONTINUING.
PRESSING THE 'Next' BUTTON INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU 
DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRESS THE 'CANCEL' BUTTON TO EXIT 
INSTALLATION.

You have 15 days to evaluate the SOFTWARE. After 15 days, you must either delete the
SOFTWARE or register it. You may not use the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE for 
any purpose other than trial and evaluation.

This SOFTWARE provides a log of your activities on your own computer for later review. 

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any liability that may arise by 
using this SOFTWARE. It is solely your responsibility to use the SOFTWARE in accordance 
with the laws of your country. 

you agree to install the SOFTWARE on a computer you own, you agree that you will NOT install 
the SOFTWARE on any computer you do not own 


EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT

Golden Eye Team licenses the Golden Eye software to you only upon the condition that 
you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.

YOU MAY:
(i) use Golden Eye on one computer for each license purchased;
YOU MAY NOT:
(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Golden Eye;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt
     to discover the source code of Golden Eye, or create derivative works from 
     Golden Eye; 
(iii)use Golden Eye on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses
      of Golden Eye you have purchased.
      
WARRANTY
Golden Eye Team warrants that the Golden Eye will substantially perform its functions to 
monitor the activity on a computer,when Golden Eye is used correctly and in accordance 
with specifications and instructions.Golden Eye Team, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR 
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS 
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the 
Golden Eye or a refund of the purchase price, at Golden Eye Team's option.
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and you may 
be entitled to additional rights in those states.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES

Golden Eye Team has made every effort possible to ensure that Golden Eye is free of any bugs or 
errors, however in no way is Golden Eye to be considered error or bug free. You assume 
all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in 
Golden Eye.

IN NO EVENT WILL Golden Eye Team. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
In no case shall Golden Eye Team's liability exceed the purchase price for the Golden Eye.

GENERAL:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Golden Eye Team. You acknowledge and 
agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or 
representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all 
writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have 
recieved concerning Golden Eye have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will 
control all issues involving your use of Golden Eye.
All rights to Golden Eye are owned by Golden Eye Team. and are protected by United States copyright
laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Golden Eye Team retains all rights 
not expressly granted by this Agreement.
This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated
herin.
